At the Empowerment Group LLC, we have expertise in the ideas that are transforming contemporary higher education institutions: academic strategy and innovation, reimaging educational institutions and leadership, and improving student success for a diverse cadre of learners.

The Empowerment Group serves private and public institutions, including community colleges and historically black colleges and universities, and professional organizations, businesses, and community groups. The group specializes in higher educational issues, strategic planning, program review and accreditation, enrollment management, fundraising and grant writing, executive leadership training and development, institutional management, program evaluation, organizational effectiveness training, and mentor training. The Empowerment Group does this through our development training and Empowerment seminars, delivered through on-site sessions with participants at the institutions.
